1. About

These Terms govern use of USocial, operated by The Brooklyn Brothers DX ("TBB DX", "we"), Rodovia José Carlos Daux, 5500, salas 309/311, Florianópolis - SC, 88032-005, Brazil, subsidiary of The Brooklyn Brothers (New York), part of Omnicom Group.

2. The Service

USocial syncs public social content (posts, photos, videos) associated with a Client's brands and displays it through an embeddable widget on websites the Client controls.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client confirms it owns or is authorized to use any connected brand/account identifiers, has the right to display the synced content, and complies with each platform's terms (including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube where used) and applicable law.

4. How We Access Platform Data

• Meta (Instagram / Facebook): public content via Meta APIs using our system credentials — not the Client's Meta password, and not private messages or non-public inbox data.
• TikTok (when enabled): access only after the account owner explicitly authorizes USocial.
• YouTube (when enabled): public channel content via YouTube's public APIs.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Outages or API changes by third-party platforms may affect syncing or display.

7. Intellectual Property

USocial's software remains ours. Synced content remains the property of the Client or the original rights holder.

8. Termination

Upon termination or a valid deletion request, we stop syncing and delete cached content within a reasonable period.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TBB DX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including issues caused by third-party platform changes.

Laws of Brazil.
